About Me

Write is my verb.

Reading and reflecting are my daily exercise.

Spending time with my two boys and God are my joys.

Motherhood paves my career in freelance writing. Back in 2010, I wanted to be home for my kids, and so, I searched the WorldWideWeb day in and day out until I found freelance writing assignments and the rest is history.

As a freelance writer, I develop business-legal, legal-health, personal finance, business and investment and education reports and articles. I also write book reviews and other creative content. You can find the summary of my writing and publication endeavors here.

I love rainy days. As a kid, I would take notice how raindrops were shattered as they hit the ground. They looked so mighty from up there, especially during a downpour, but they were ultimately reduced to mud puddles after a while.

I love sincere, deep conversations. You don’t need to put on an I am-smart hat to please me, just be honest and real. When I say honest and real, I don’t mean mean and arrogant. If you can’t be honest and real without becoming mean and arrogant, you are more than the latter than the former.

I observe a lot. I connect the dots a lot. You’ll be drowned if you could see and read my mind.

Reading and cooking calm me. Just like coffee and tea. Just like praying and Bible reading. They keep me sane and alive.

One of my two boys has autism. So, you’ll read a lot about it in this website. Am I proud of it? No, I hope he doesn’t have it, but reality is, he has it. And living in lies and pretensions is not my cup of tea. So, I am embracing it. My family is embracing the development. And so far, it’s great. We’re enjoying the ride!

In my heart, eyes, soul, mind, and whole being, my sons are fearfully and wonderfully made. I celebrate their beings including the personality with which they are born. They do not need to fit a preconceived mold, only the best versions of themselves.

I am a Daddy’s girl. I have no choice. He raised me with my two siblings. And even if I’m given millions of choices, I think, I’ll still be the Daddy’s girl that I am.

I am in the process of writing the first two books under my name, one is fiction and the other is non-fiction. There’s a catch though: I don’t know when they will be ready for publication. And every writer understands that.

And this is how I would like to end this About Me page:

I hope you made it this far. I also hope you arrive at the conclusion that I am passionate and seriously committed to writing and all the intricacies that it requires. Hear me: please spread the message.
